The conference organizing committee will select strong contributions presented at TriBR 2018. Authors of the selected contributions will be notified and encouraged to submit scientific papers of the work presented at TriboBR 2018 to high quality, high impact factor journals that have agreed to publish special issues for TriboBR 2018. Manuscripts will be submitted via the journals website and prepared according to the journals’ Guidelines for Authors’. They will be subject to a strict scientific journal standards peer review.
Tribology International seeks to publish original research papers of the highest scientific quality to provide an archival resource for scientists from all backgrounds. Written contributions are invited reporting experimental and modelling studies both in established areas of tribology and emerging fields. Scientific topics include the physics or chemistry of tribo-surfaces, bio-tribology, surface engineering and materials, contact mechanics, nano-tribology, lubricants and hydrodynamic lubrication.
Friction is a single-blind peer-reviewed open access journal published under the SpringerOpen brand for the publication of theoretical and experimental research works related to the friction, lubrication and wear. Friction is an open access journal. It is published quarterly by Tsinghua University Press and Springer, and sponsored by the State Key Laboratory of Tribology (Tsinghua University) and the Tribology Institute of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
Industrial Lubrication and Tribology provides a broad coverage of the materials and techniques employed in tribology. It contains a firm technical news element which brings together and promotes best practice in the three disciplines of tribology, which comprise lubrication, wear and friction. ILT also follows the progress of research into advanced lubricants, bearings, seals, gears and related machinery parts, as well as materials selection. A double-blind peer review process involving the editor and other subject experts ensures the content’s validity and relevance.
